Hi, I'm Ridhi Sachdeva

Psychologist and Licensed Expressive Arts Therapist dedicated to provide my support to make you feel safe, and relatable in your journey. EAT has personally helped me and with evidence in psychology has helped people connect with their emotions, release stress, and discover healthier ways of living.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

Expressive Arts Therapy blends creative processes like movement, art, music, writing, and drama with psychological support to help you explore, express, and heal. It's not about artistic skill, it's about using creativity (without accuracy) as a safe space for flowing emotions, into self-awareness, and growth.

In my sessions, I guide you through gentle, personalised activities that lets your thoughts and feelings flow without pressure. Whether you're managing stress, navigating life changes, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, EAT can be a calming, deeply personal way to find clarity and confidence.
