What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive Arts Therapy blends creative processes like movement, art, music, writing, and drama with psychological support to help you explore, express, and heal. It's not about artistic skill, it's about using creativity (without accuracy) as a safe space for flowing emotions, into self-awareness, and growth.

In my sessions, I guide you through gentle, personalised activities that lets your thoughts and feelings flow without pressure. Whether you're managing stress, navigating life changes, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, EAT can be a calming, deeply personal way to find clarity and confidence.
Client Stories & Experiences
It was my first experience in such a session. I was pretty nervous, I never thought therapy could be this engaging. The activities felt safe, and I learned so much about myself without overloading.
M.S,
Workshop Participant
I started with the same old expectations with her, but her approach made me feel heard and understood, like someone was actually listening without judging. She didn’t rush or fix me but just let me be. And That’s what I needed the most.
A.K,
Individual Client
The mix of movement, music, comic writing and conversations came to me as an absolute new approach, which rather made me hesitate in the start but turned out to be the smoothest way to feel light and clearer.
